Collaborated directly with the founder to fuel explosive community growth, achieving a 160% surge in under 12 months.

Oversaw the health and well-being of the Discord community, planning and executing live events, managing collaborations, and enforcing community guidelines to enhance the student experience. Resolved over 1,600 student queries, both academic and non-academic, driving meaningful engagement and support.
Developed responsive UIs and back-ends for a live cloud-based CRM/ERP application, utilising HTML5, Bootstrap CSS, PHP, and mySQL. Ensured seamless user experiences and efficient data management across the platform.
