School Journey
Recognizing the absence of a school magazine, I took the initiative to propose reviving it to the school administration. Upon receiving their approval, I assembled a diverse team of writers, editors, and designers, ultimately managing over 40 students across three different teams for three consecutive years. My role involved working closely with students at the grassroots level—going from class to class, making announcements, and actively gathering feedback and ideas from students in grades 1 through 12.
In addition to managing the team, I coordinated the printing of the magazine by working directly with an external printing agency recommended by the school. I ensured each issue not only upheld the school’s brand and ideologies but also provided an engaging and relevant read for students. When the magazine was converted into the Journalism Club, I stepped into a mentorship role, guiding the club’s president and vice president to train future leaders and maintain the magazine’s legacy.
